Are the goods manufactured by your company itself?
Yes, we take grate pride in being one of the few rug suppliers, that manufacture all the goods that we sell, by ourself. We work with our mother company that is based in India, manufacture the goods there, and then import them here in the UK as well as USA.
Can we get the products delivered outside UK?
Currently, Rita Rugs Home LTD is formed to supply rugs all over UK. But customers that are not in the UK, can get in touch with us via email or phone, and if the stock is available in our Indian manufacturing units, we’ll ship them wherever required.
What's the policy on returns and replacement?

Are the products really hand made?
Yes, wherever specified, the goods are hand crafted, with utmost specialisation. We have our own designing and crafting department back in India, that makes each and every product by hand.
